How long do I have to take it?
The Norwegian marine collagen in PROBLIFE COLLAGEN has been clinically tested and proven over a period of 90 days. For best results, take daily for 90 days. For continued benefit, continue to take 1 sachet per day.
How do I take it?
Simply tear open the 7 g sachet, shake all the powder into a glass and dissolve in 200 ml of cool or lukewarm water. Stir well until the powder dissolves and the water takes on a light pink colour due to the natural raspberry flavour. Add an ice cube as desired or simply enjoy at room temperature.
