Application

The Romans already knew that variety brings joy: heat water in a pan. Then stir in a heaped tablespoon with a whisk or hand blender. Alkaline soup and three heaped tablespoons Nature Shake into the hot water. Prepare additional ingredients to suit your taste. For example, garnish the soup with various vegetables, mushrooms, meat or fish morsels and cook these ingredients briefly. This keeps the alkaline soup varied and flavourful for weeks.
